Support will never ask for secrets

Never provide a seed phrase, private key, vault passphrase or full API credential. Ignore unsolicited direct messages claiming to provide recovery, migration or token allocation.

Before reporting a problem

Remove secrets, include the software version, dry-run/real-mode status, network, relevant sanitized logs and the exact expected versus observed behavior.
